There's a Fine Line Between Fluid and Flaky

Fluid is graceful yet still on course - being in the flow of things -  not drifting aimlessly, but not so rigid as to miss opportunities as they pass by. Fluid is being willing to explore the possibilities even if they seem a bit off course.

But being fluid isn't necessarily about going with the flow peacefully. If you’re never rocking the boat – you’re not creating, and life is meant to be created.  It's when we're in our own creative juices that we're most in the flow.

But here’s the irony: too fluid can be flaky.

I Declare Today a "Z" Day

I admit it, I love Z's - they remind me of fun and exotic things. They remind me of secret stories about my gypsy ancestry (hotly argued between the elder sisters). They remind me of the fire inside that burns brightly when I allow it to. They remind me of the 'wild' I came into this world to be and seek to free myself from being tamed.

So I pronounce today a Z day.
A day to run and play - to swing on stars and shoot for the moon.

You'll do that for me while I pack a few more boxes won't you?

Technology Schmeknology

Technology matters - ugh. Once I get my move completed (and arrive in the land of IT), I'm going to redo much of my website and blog - namely head on over to WordPress and combine them both. Of course you know that means new photos, new graphics, new information all along with a new life - yep it fits, doesn't it?

There is so much to learn that it may take me a LONG time, but learning about new things is just part of Loving the Adventure, and well, hell....I've always done things I didn't know how to do - why should this be any different?

Off to pack yet another box.......7 days and counting!

There is No Shortage

There is no shortage of people who will tell you that you are wrong – or that you can’t.

There’s also no shortage of people who will tell you that you can do it. They tell you in all sincerity that you can accomplish your dreams because, well hell, it’s so easy to say and they don’t have to do it too. So, ‘Go You!’

The people who can really lift you up – support you as you struggle, cheer you on through your tears are the people who are out there taking their own risks – living life their way. They know what they are talking about. They alone know what you are going through. Their words matter.

Find them and keep them close.
